TLR in my last job at a very small primary school (100 pupils) for being subject leader for all the foundation subjects apart from PE. So responsible for History, Geography, DT, Art, RE, Music, Computing, PSHE (have I forgotten any?)

TLR in my job before that in a large junior school (400 pupils) for being Maths leader. Responsible for Maths. So no comparison between the workload in the two schools but the same financial return.

I'm in independent so no official TLR. I get around 43k for being a bog standard Science Teacher and another 2K for being head of KS4.

OMG-lead for all foundation subjects!! I can't begin to imagine doing that!

I'm a SENCo and was led to believe I'd get a TLR for that, but I don't! I don't get an Sen allowance either Blush.

Inco (basically every child who isn't white British and average falls into my remit) and get sen allowance which is about the same as a TLR2, give or take a couple of quid.
