Ofsted questions for subject lead

Hi all, hoping someone can give me some insight into what ofsted will ask me as lead of maths. I'm having a wibble!

Think I've covered all bases and have done two before so shouldn't be worried but I'm in a new, failing, school so I don't feel totally confident.

Thanks in advance, can offer Wine in payment!

Ofsted have just released a document slating teaching at KS3 and saying that it causes problems at KS4. Things like reserving specialist teachers for exam classes was criticised (god knows what they would have said if specialist teachers weren't given exam classes and the PE teachers were Hmm). They also criticised lack of partnership with primary feeders and focusing pupil premium money on KS4 pupils.

So you might be asked about that.

I'd also expect to be quizzed on implementation of the new curriculum, assessing pupil progress without levels, and the new GCSE.

We had inspection last academic year.

The teachers were asked nothing about their lead subjects. Nothing.

Management were quizzed about results. Teachers were quizzed about working at the school and various things about safeguarding etc in a group meeting.

No subject leaders were asked to have any meetings either singly or in groups about their subjects. I was expecting a meeting about my subject as that's what had happened in the previous inspection so I was pleasantly surprised.
