From state to private - any experience?

I am going for an interview next week at a prep school - I have only ever taught state primary.

At state school interviews they ask if you were offered the job would you take it and then they call round at the end of the day telling everyone if they did or didn't get the job. Is this the same in the private sector?

Any other tips or advice?
