Leaving at Christmas

Hi there,

Wondering if anyone could answer my question. I'm leaving my current post at Christmas (primary teacher) and wondered what I will have to have ready for when I leave in December.
Obviously I want to get myself prepared rather than spend my final week making a last minute hand over file.

Thanks

All your assessments on the children, their levels, progress they've made etc. info on the class .... Who has difficult parents etc (sometimes easier to do this verbally so nothing is written down)

So they currently have a profile each with different targets for the current term which was created 3 weeks in so I'd have to have that ready.
So it's just having levels ready and IBPs too?

Copies of your plans in some shape or form so the teacher knows what you have covered so far are really important.
