Hi there I am a recently qualified early years officer in Scotland and have (finally!) got an interview for a post within a local authority nursery. I really really want this job and have decided to create a folio of practice and curriculum to take with me to interview to hopefully stand out of the crowd.
Does anyone have any tips on what might be most effective and should the title be 'practice portfolio' ? Hope this makes sense and I would really appreciate your advice.
