We keep a folder for each child containing their reports, photos and samples of work. There are also separate personal notes kept in the office-with any letters from external agencies eg speech therapists and c/p concerns.

My own personal assessments-ie levelled pieces of work, SATs paper results, test scores are all on class lists along with 29 other children's assessments, so presumably you wouldn't get anything like that.

Crikey-that would take me absolutely ages to do for one child. I presume there is a good reason you would make your child's teacher spend hours of their time producing this?
