A level? No planning available?
Borrow from a neighbouring school/college?
Look on TES site?

Which spec is it? If AQA Eng Lang B, is it for AS or A2? If it's AS, I would start with the 7 language frameworks and maybe use them to analyse a "fun" text so they start to apply them, my lot just did this for Miffy at the Zoo amongst other things (they also like using their favourites eg. harry Potter). Photocopy extracts so they can colour code and annotate lexical sets etc. If A2 I would do similar but with a text relevant to the exam eg. a historical recipe (fun to test too) or a copy of a child's writing.
