I am running some training courses which may be of interest to teachers. Can anyone suggest good places to advertise please - magazines, websites etc? If I email schools will it get passed on or likely deleted? Just trying to reach as wide an audience as possible without breaking the bank!

In our LA you would go through the LA and on to our intranet

I can promise you that generic emails to schools get deleted.

You need some form of accreditation or word of mouth credibility. I'm afraid I don't know how you achieve either.

So many courses already out there...so little money to spend on hem. Emails will be deleted AND pi55 people off. Well-targeted flyers catch my attention but if they're not well targeted I have no faith in the providers and avoid them as they seem to have no understanding of school structure. I wish you well in the current climate.

You'd have to be offering something truly fantastic, cheap and relevant to even get people to read the email.
Almost all our training and courses are done within our local areas, run by other teachers with a specialism. Or by a recognised body, but that's only a couple of times a year.
Generic emails are treated as spam.
What sort of thing are you offering?
