No surprise there, then.

Do we think he'll hold out for the threatened subpoena or will the renewed public spotlight mean he jumps before he's pushed?

How awful. This is something that the British public should be angry about. Not Harry and Meghan.

I wonder if the press have been holding this back until the H&M furore died down a bit.

This is pretty massive news given he stated very clearly he was willing to cooperate with any appropriate law enforcement agency.

This could be the beginning of the end of the monarchy. The Queen has been completely lacking in judgement, at best, by supporting this individual.

I will never understand why there has been so much fuss over Harry & Meghan when this is by far the more shocking story.

I hope he is made to give evidence to the FBI so the victims can get some sort of justice / closure.

So are we going to get 14 threads about the shame he’s brought on the Royal family now?

I really do hope this is the beginning of the end of the monarchy.

This is an extremely poor judgment by the royal family. It makes me feel the Queen is no longer fit for the role and I never thought I'd say that.

No one can force him to co-operate, any family with morals would shun him for this behaviour.

This is my first ever post. I am so disgusted by this - words fail me. As a UK taxpayer, I want full eyesight and accountability of the non private money consumed by this family (and this includes the duchies - these are role based streams not for a private individual) and the tax benefits. Whilst they continue to receive such generous benefits with little oversight, they must be held to a high standard ... that includes actively cooperating with authorities on horrible cases like this. To be honest, I think he’s guilty as sin

FFS - why the hated for Meghan and Harry when this is the joke of the royal family we are left with?!

Well, to be fair, I think there can be two (or more) conversations about that family at any one time. And both are really about people that seem to be able to operate with a whole bunch of (unearned) privileges, the rest of the us are unable to enjoy. I don’t think there’s any place for a monarchy in a modern democracy. If Prince Andrew weren’t related to the Queen, I’m sure he’d have been brought in already

Yes, if enough people want to talk about this.

Previous threads were scattered across various different topics and just got lost under all the other threads therein. Perhaps this one will be more discoverable for those who are interested

(And of course it's possible that be interested in more than one aspect of the RF)

Does anyone remember the Hey Apple YouTube video? Someone should redo it as Hey! Prince Andrew! and send it round the universe.

The US have a cheek given their refusal to extradite the woman who killed that young man outside thee spy base.

Let's give him chance to co operate without the grandstanding of the FBI.

And is Anne Sacoolas cooperating with us? Or has she been kept In the USA by a government refusing to cooperate with so called friends! She probably killed someone. If people have a mechanism to hide, they do.
