My apologies for Thomas Markle.

I am not a big follower of news about the RF, but recently read this about MM's estranged father:

pagesix.com/2020/01/22/meghan-markles-father-thomas-admits-to-lying-but-insists-royals-owe-me/

I knew it was bad but other than a bit of drama about why he didn't attend the wedding I had no idea what an absolute lying CF and tosser he is. I just felt moved to post a brief but heartfelt apology on behalf of the American people that we've placed such a self centered grifter on the world stage.

He is on channel 5 tonight at 9 if you are interested in hearing what he has to say

Meh. Every country has its characters. If we're going to start apologising for things over which we have no control, I can think of a few more worthy places to start than Mr Markle.

I would probably watch it but I don't get channel 5 (or not the British channel 5) in New York. No doubt there will be excerpts on line tomorrow.

I'm sure you're correct, I'm just a bit stunned at what an absolute arsehole he is. That fact snuck up on me somehow.

Don't worry, we have a lot of arseholes as well.
Trivial fact.
A collection of arseholes is known as a government.

You’d be better off apologising for Trump.

Seriously, what makes you think anyone can issue an apology on behalf of someone else?
