Also I do agree thst once a name is used as a middle name you've used it up! But none of my beeswax really.

I also wonder why Kate's family never get s look in.

A bit like Harry Potters children have no names after the Weasley family! (But that's not real!!!! grin)

Who is paedophile?

spanky2 Fri 27-Apr-18 16:09:58

I don't understand why you would use a middle name from your other child. Also I don't understand why they only use names from William's family.

cherrytrees123 Fri 27-Apr-18 15:56:35

Sorry, meant to start a new topic!

cherrytrees123 Fri 27-Apr-18 15:56:11

Does anyone think Prince Harry looks really quite miserable these days? He doesn't look madly in love and excited about his forthcoming wedding at all. He used to be much more happy go lucky. Perhaps it's just growing up, but I wonder if he's wondering what he's let himself in for.
Meghan looks muted and overwhelmed too.

you don't get anything if it's a middle name. I bet on Louis for George.

It's a lovely name! Now that I've heard it, I want it for my next born (though I won't now that its popularity is about to spike).

HollowTalk Fri 27-Apr-18 15:52:01

RustyBear, my son's in his 20s, so wouldn't go to Legoland! There are lots of MNetters with little Louis though, so they'll be happy!

HollowTalk Fri 27-Apr-18 15:51:03

Don't be so bloody stupid, FreshTart.

FreshTart Fri 27-Apr-18 15:47:18

I have no thoughts either way on the name Louis but in the Royal Family, its the name of a paedophile so Im a bit sick about that

RustyBear Fri 27-Apr-18 15:42:59

@Hollowtalk (and anyone else with a Louis) - Legoland are offering free entry to until July 19th to anyone with the first name Louis

Do you think people will get payouts on Arthur though? as it's one of the names? can you each way bet on w baby's name?

I didn't bet btw!

Hollow talk - great news smilesmilesmilesmile

It would be interesting when you collect your winnings to ask them if you would have won if Louis was a middle name

Enjoy spending your winnings smilesmilesmilesmile

I like it. One of Williams middle names is Louis.

HollowTalk Fri 27-Apr-18 11:14:05

I did wonder if they'd pay out if Louis had been his second name - bet they wouldn't!

HollowTalk Fri 27-Apr-18 11:13:39

My son is Louis and yesterday I saw that Louis was 4-1, so I bet £10, not thinking really that they'd choose it.

LadyMonicaBaddingham Fri 27-Apr-18 11:12:00

I love it; I think it's great that 'Louis' as a a name can tie sons and father together... Nice to see Charles, too, after they gave Charlotte 'Diana' as a middle name. I thoroughly approve not that the Cambridges are bothered what think

Hollow talk what part did you put money on?

SubtitlesOn Fri 27-Apr-18 11:09:36

I am surprised that there isn't a "nod" to the Middleton family though

HollowTalk Fri 27-Apr-18 11:09:11

I've just won £50 then!

jusdepamplemousse Fri 27-Apr-18 11:08:56

Definitely not pronounced Lewis!

TheHumanMothboy Fri 27-Apr-18 11:06:18

After Mountbatten

TheBrilloPad Fri 27-Apr-18 11:05:44

Pronounced Loo-ey, you think? Not Lewis?

TheWizardofWas Fri 27-Apr-18 11:05:28
