Insurance and heart murmur

We picked up our gorgeous rescue cat last Friday. I was just looking for advice on getting insurance for him. He has a grade 3 murmur Obviously having a pre existing condition will affect insurance but would you still get some to cover accidents etc?

Think Bought by Many does insurance for pre-existing conditions

Has he been scanned to checked for heart disease?

Brought by many was suggested by my cats cardiologist, they will take on heart disease. But you pay a chunk of each claim.

Thanks everyone. I’ve heard of that one will take a look. @Toddlerteaplease no. They don’t scan unless higher or having symptoms.

The vets were a bit cagey when I asked what grade my cats was. Found out by accident it was a 4 and her heart was "hideous" Cardiologist visits are expensive so make sure you can get the best cover you can. Just in case.
