The litter tray

Cats head going floppy as falling asleep

I've never seen this before so just wanted some reassurance
For the second time now my cat has been sitting on my lap and her head will start to flop (like a human who's exhausted falling asleep) and she'll kind of flop down and go into a deep sleep
Can see her ears twitching dreaming etc
She's never done this before and now twice in a week? Is it anything to be concerned about or just normal cat behaviour I've never noticed.

My cats have all done this, especially when they're exhausted Grin. I love watching it happen. I don't think there's anything to worry about.

It's really cute when you hear their breathing change, indicating them going into a deep sleep. Snoring is just adorable!

One of mine does this when she is asleep on the back of the sofa. Her head flops and then she falls off the back! Poor little thing, I always worry about her hurting herself but she is also wrecking my leather sofa as she wakes up as she is falling and clings on by her claws so is pulling all the leather!
