New thread!
I’ve found two so much more hard work (and expensive) than one, Queen

I just saw your last post on the previous thread @ClientQueen. I really hear you! Barney has a really really quiet meow and no purr. If he stays over and wants to go out at 4am I have to rely on Gobshite ClompHippo Leroy to let me know!

ClientQueen · 05/03/2020 14:27

They obviously know he can't get in. I can't imagine leaving a cat outside 24/7 with no inside access

Queen - has Paws ever used a litter tray? I guess if he really wanted to get out Ollie would tell you.

@PotterHead1985 Sorry about the shite time. Is it Mammy PotterHead?

Just - those chocolates look as if they are going to take lumps out if each other.

Queen are you ok? I note you're up all hours.

What’s the point of having a cat anyway if you don’t let them inside?.

Seconded. Put a litter tray down in another place and see if you get a decent lie-in for once.

You need your kip, love.

I will, next time he stays on a weekend Smile
He was so so sleepy, and kind of curled up so I put my arm around the back of him and stroked him with my other hand. He did a giant sigh and sunk into me SmileSmile still no purring but loads of blinking

Matt is arsing about on next door’s garage roof. I’ve been out there shivering in my dressing gown tempting him with sweeties for ten minutes.
He does want to come in and walks along the fence to a point where it’s only about a 4ft drop to our garden but despite pitiful howls, won’t jump!
We have this performance every few months. He knows these gardens and his way down - or round to the front - like the back of his hand (paw) so why we have to have this elaborate pretence of save me, mama, your poor little baby is stuck beats me Confused

Oh god @Papergirl1968 Ollie does that. Won't jump in the front window - the same height as the back window Confused but will scale a 6ft fence

Paws has just head butted the window asking to come in Confused I do pick the weird ones

Papergirl1968 · 05/03/2020 23:34

He’s just strolled in through the front door, thank goodness!
We can go to bed!
Hope Paws is tucked up cosily with Ollie Smile

@ClientQueen - Nah, the weird ones pick you!

@Papergirl1968 - Cats can't taste sweet so I call them Oomies (from umami). I really should get a life 🤷🏼‍♀️.

One of my neighbours (across the road) has a couple of cats, one of which is a touch portly. He goes out the front door, then comes back across the gardens at the back. However her NDN has quite a high fence, so poor cat sits by the fence crying to get over. She keeps a step ladder there specially so she can put it over the fence to let the cat climb up & get over Grin

I might have to try that, Allergic. as Matt is also rather portly.
And where did Awesome Pawsome spend the night, Queen?

Having tortured poor little (!) Boycat today by taking him for his MoT, I had a sudden thought. When does Capn V get to be introduced to the lovely Nurse Lee? Wink
