My 15 yr old cat has started projectile vomiting about every other day 🤢
Primarily fluids. Otherwise eating & pooing well
Vets suggested that it was reflux but cat will not take the tablets however I try to mask them
Anybody have any thoughts on what this could otherwise be ?
(So fed up of cleaning up cat sick 🤢)

Have you changed his food? Has he been checked for chronic pancreatitis?
When I adopted Cheddar. She did it. I didn't know a cat could produce so much. And she made it a huge drama. Even her cattery has never seen anything like it.
Turned out it was a food allergy. Changed her to wheat free food and it stopped. Her eyes are also not runny anymore. I think her allergy had built up over the time as I suspect they changed her diet.

The vet said chronic vomiting could be pancreatitis. But she had no symptoms.

Could you try giving him fish and chicken to see if he improves? You can get a large bag of frozen white fish fillets, for around £4 and defrost a piece a day. I hope he feels better soon, bless him.
