How long do you leave your kitten\cat alone

Just doing some forward planning, At the minute my three month old kitten is never alone for more than three hours. She eats small meals of wet food during the day and snacks on dry food through the night,

Would it be reasonable to leave her alone during the working day at around six to seven months? Not every day but there will be some days when she would be alone from 8am to around 6pm?

I am going to get a mocrochip cat flap. Would she be old enough by then to come and go during the day? I do t want her out after dark so in the winter can you time them to not let her out again dpsay after three pm?

She'll be fine on her own indoors, she'll play then sleep, just make sure you leave toys out and her cosy bed. I wouldn't let a kitten out on it's own during the day in the winter. Can you gradually get her into a routine of eating twice a day, in the morning and evening and leave biscuits for her during the day.
