Two years ago this week we brought our beautiful baby Kenneth home. We had to say goodbye in June and it still hurts. My FB memories this week are all pictures of Ken. I miss him.

Oh no so young. This is ours who we said goodbye to 3 weeks ago; she is greatly missed but we had to let her go.

We lost our cats, littermates within 6 weeks of each other. Mitsi got run over and his sister Coco had a kidney tumour

This is my Ruby, she was 8 and a half when I lost her in September in a road accident. I have other cats but she was my little gem, I rescued her from people who were neglectful and abusive and she rescued me from depression. I still miss her, I have a memorial in my garden.

What a gorgeous boy, so sorry for your loss. We had to have our 13 year old cat put to sleep last month because of complications from his diabetes. I miss him terribly and keep expecting to see him everywhere.

This is Stanley, we lost him just over a year ago, he was the most chilled out cat, he used to go to sleep in his transport box and was totally chilled out at the vets, the used to laugh at him when I took him in 😂
He was put to sleep as he had a tumour 😞😢😭

This is my 20 year old boy who was PTS in July. He was such a character. A curmudgeonly old so & so one minute, then a sweety pie the next. Miss him so much, it makes me cry to think about him. I have his ashes, but don't know what to do with them, so they are still in the little paper bag they were delivered in.

This is a very sad but cathartic thread.

So sorry for all the lovely DCats now gone from our lives

Harlequin Bogwopit 12/08/1998 - 26/01/2016

The most perfect puss cat that ever lived. I still cry for him even now.

Fingers crossed he's waiting for me at Rainbow Bridge. I hope they all are to be honest.

It's 4 years today that I last saw barmy Barnaby alive. He was knocked down and killed and I found him 2 days later.

This is the last photo I took of him. He hated the hoover, why on earth he thought he would sit on it always puzzled me.

This is Barnaby's brother Troy who died on 10 May 2016 of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy 2 months before his 6th birthday. He wasn't so barmy.

Lost my little girl Timmy last September, rescue aged approx 4 when I got her, had a lovely 5 years together, ended up with an unoperable tumour between heart and windpipe so was put to sleep. She was a great companion (chewing my hair aside 🤔) Very strange creature but loved her to bits (not much of a help when I was trying to study tho as you can see!)

What a lovely thread, we had to say goodbye to our Mia four years ago, funny but she looked just like OPs. These beautiful creatures will always be in our thoughts and hearts.

Precious Ken and other cats. Aww this thread is making me cry as well! You can't help it, as soon as you think of them you get emotional.

Always loved and remembered.

This is my darling William. He was a stray who lived in the service road behind my house - I didn’t realise though as a neighbour had a similar looking cat. He eventually moved into my back garden but we couldn’t keep him as he tried to chase Harry off so my amazing Mum took him in and his last 5 months were full of love.

I hope he was waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for her

William Star

Cannot understand why people abandon pets. If you take them on you at least try to ensure they are healthy, happy, safe and loved.

Amazing mum! :)

Suzy. She was 23 when Dm has to have her pts. She enjoyed carried bags and hunting in the cupboard.
