Cats being contrary

Watching one of my cats eating the bread I'd put out for the birds, that he would turn up his nose at if I offered it to him in the house, it made me wonder about your contrary cats?

Another one: I'm feeding a stray tomcat in the hope of neutering/rehoming him. I purchased some Aldi catfood for him. DP was feeding our cats and used some of the Aldi food. The cats loved it and it became kitty cocaine for a couple of days before they turned their noses up in disgust - as they had done the first time I bought it and put it down to them several months before (without it becoming kitty cocaine)!

Used to eat dreamies, now won't touch them
Fish is the devil, unless it's your humans tuna sandwich
All animals including mice and insects are "friends mama, not food" hmm
Won't eat cheap cat food but adores pork scratchings

My cat likes to wait till I bulk buy food then immediately go off it.

Food is a big one for being contrary about, isn't it! Touch wood, I've vaguely trained mine to eat certain types or go hungry - but I do have to rotate certain brands or there's a lot of food left over.
