Trying to find a safe home for my Siamese

I own a three year Siamese who has very little vision after being scratched in the eyes as a kitten. She has now start dashing across and up the road disappearing for up to 12 hours. I am looking at rejoining her as she won't stay home and will end up run over as it is a busy road with a school on it. I can't keep her in as I have 2 DS's who are in and out all the time. Is anyone interested in giving her a safe home where she is either in all the time or is very rural? We have tried everything but she continues to run off and not come to us. She has a fab personality and it's killing me to let her go 😞

You don't say where you live?
Have you been in touch with any local rehoming charities?

She's gorgeous - I'm sure someone will be delighted to give her a country home xx

It looks like I will be leaving the UK and need to rehome both my Siamese by January. Is there anyone out there with a large garden on a quiet road who would love a pair of neutered chipped bundles of love? I live in the Peak District.

They are lovely. Could you try training them to walk on a harness? Might increase the number of potential new homes for them.

Please contact a breed rescue. The internet isn't the place to advertise your pets.

ScootinFun said on 14th she had already been in touch with a breed rescue. Might be worth trying some normal rescue centres too now you have a deadline.

Thanks Wolfie, but have done that. I am trying to widen the net so to speak.
