My cat is a rescue so his history is not known
I was told by rescue his is 3 but he was found on the streets
He is very bad tempered and feisty
He was unwell on Sunday night. A shadow of his usual self. He only likes to be petted for a short time but I noticed he'd lost weight
Didn't eat. I put him on a chair and he hadn't moved at all
Vet Monday. High temp. Vet thought it could be infection from fighting. He had an antibiotic injection and an anti-inflammatory
He perked up Monday night but Tues am was down again
I'm taking him back tomorrow for another antibiotic but I think it's more than infection
No coughing, sneezing, runny nose but he is not eating and lethargic

Does he seem to have any pain anywhere? Poor boy. Hope he's on the mend soon.

How is his toilet - is he urinating and passing stools on a regular basis?

Obviously take him back to the vet.

He perked up this am
Back to vet. Temp normal but growling when the bottom of his spine is pressed
So it's antibiotic and anti-inflammatory and wait and see.
I was expecting worse
