URT infection?

My eldest cat is 18 months old. She came from a feral community at my brother's farm (so did the other two younger cats in our household). She has been spayed and had all her vaccinations. However, her left eye is always a little weepy and she has a persistently dirty nose. I clean her face daily (she is quite used to this) and she seems to have no other symptoms.

However, I have read that weepy eyes and a dirty nose may be symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection and I was just wondering if it was worth taking her to the vets.

Sorry, we have had the cat since she was 8 weeks old.
