The litter tray

How often does your cat poo? TMI, I know.

So, Madam is fed twice a day on dry food (wet at weekends). Got up yesterday morning, scoopered the pooper. Came home last night, two poos. Took that away. Got up this morning another poo. Thought "I'll get that in a minute" - showered, dressed and came out again, there were THREE.

Someone else is using her tray, aren't they?

Usually 1 per day, sometimes 2. She's fed a mixture of wet and dry. The food is all grain free.

Once a day

Mix of wet and dry, average of around 1 poo per day each. As they are indoor cats, that will be all the pooing that they do - unless they are doing it somewhere else in the house, and TBH the way Boycat's can smell sometimes I doubt I would have missed that!

Twice a day, usually after her meals. She's very regular 😺

He normally goes out, but on holiday when using a tray, once or twice a day. You have intruders 😁

Once a day, usually in his spot in front of the bamboo....

Approx every 36 hrs.
He has heart and kidney problems, if this is relevant.

Ive had a few cats over the years and they are all different. One lovely cat did a little poo once every two days. Another did three grim poos a day!

Getting them grain free dry food can help to reduce poo quantity and frequency.

Both mine tend to poo twice a day. They have grain free wet and dry food

Thanks all. She's on grain free already - it really helped with the whiff. I do seem to have interlopers, yes. I know they sometimes come in to kip, but this is taking.... well, it's taking the whole litter tray!
