Ivy cat has been going out for a week now. She's been out since 4 and isn't back yet.

We've been looking for her, shaking the dreamies with no joy.

Please tell me she'll come back we've only had her for 5 weeks ☹️

Can I do anything else?

She will - ours always come in at night, eventually. We have sat up and worried but they always stroll in at some point.

One time we searched and searched and gave up and went to bed, fretting. Woke up to find her shut in the basement grin

She will, she's just exploring her new realm.

We got her from a rescue because she strayed, what if she goes again?

She's microchipped this time though.

Can you go looking and have a shout about? She may have given that bit too far on her exploration!!

Keep calling, their little sods for staying out when it's mild.

If she isn't back tomorrow put a blanket / bedding outside with her scent on it in case she needs a bit of help. Warmer weather and mine often go outside for longer than usual - she'll be back

Someone said to put her litter tray out so I have.

My DD (9) is so upset, she keeps going to the door to check 😕

I'm placing my bet on 22:30 to 23:00.

She's back!

My DD is crying tears of relief, at least I know she'll come back now!

Thanks for the hand hold 😀

Phew. Maybe she's just been exploring the area, if she knows she has food, fuss and comfy places to sleep she knows where the best home is. Am guessing she's in for the night now

That's great news. Keep her in at night. It's the worst time for them to get in to trouble with traffic and other evil things.

You can rest easy now. It's a good feeling.
