I'm so happy! Adopted a nine year old cat before Christmas. Poor little thing was so nervous and underweight after being mistreated for so long. But today for the first time shes climbed up onto my lap and gone to sleep. I'm so happy. Sorry, just had to share! Just love the fact that we've made a difference in her life. I know many have you have done the same too. Well done! ♥ it's these moments that keep us going ♥

It's an amazing feeling...yaaayy... The boy I'm talking about on a different thread and his older 'sister' where both semi feral kittens when I got them..took weeks to get them to trust me and it's such a magical feeling when they do.. Enjoy those special moments

Mine was only 18months when we adopted him... but it's sooooo nice to see them settled and having their own people. I know how happy you would have been to be slept on... you can't beat it!

Aw! Love this! We have an aged puss who we rescued when she was maybe 2. It took weeks and weeks of coaxing her out from under the sofa and when she finally sat on me I thought I would burst.

Well done you!

Thank you ♥ I love her. I just wish I'd have found her sooner Sad but anyway she's here with us now. And thank you, her colouring is beautiful Wink

Her colouring is glorious.

I'm glad she's finally found her servants. She will soon become imperious and demand wholehearted servitude which you will undoubtedly give her.

Purrrr
