Her Mistyness is also being fed by another neighbour.

So she is fed by me, and 4 neighbours!

She apparently does a great starving kitten impression.

I only met some of my neighbours to talk to the other day when a few of us were out in the street (one of the people who feed her - almost 80 yo double amputee - has had his benefits cut so had decided to lie in the street, in the rain, and 'let nature take its course').

And I know you will be concerned with neighbour, we got him in to an ambulance eventually, the next door neighbour has spoken to landlord (social housing) about getting him some support and a referral to social services. Another neighbour who has a land line is going to help him check the benefit situation.

Is her mistyness now the size of a house? 😹

I bet they buy her ham too.

Reminds me of the book 'Six Dinner Sid' :)

(Your poor neighbour, I hope he can access the help he clearly needs).

Dear Goodness. He had hid benefits cut but he was still finding some money to feed her? Poor guy.

Does she have to roll herself down the road, like a barrel?

That poor bloke, he must be feeling so desperate. Sad

Update on neighbour - things are progressing re the help, not giving details.

As for Misty AKA Her Mistyness, the reason she has conned the neighbours is that she is small, she looks about the size of a 6 month kitten. She also supplements her diet with the local wildlife.

RagingSquirrel I thought about that too.

RubbishMantra No he'd only found out that morning when he went to the bank and his money had not gone in

Oh the poor guy, glad he is now getting help. I guess your kitty gives him some joy, maybe get him to play with her, pet her but not feed.
The furry little feckers really can act. my pleasantly plump Madame, who wails like a little match kitty when she wants food, often despite plenty being left but she just doesn't fancy it.

She must have the metabolism of a humming bird on amphetamines.

The upside is that without all the neighbours feeding her your food bill would be enormous.
