How to keep my cat away from neighbours birds?

We have a keen hunter. She mainly hunts rabbits and rodents-never noticed her with birds but she brings the rabbits and rodents home and we've not had birds from her.

Anyway, a neighbour has phoned my dh to let him know they've just shooed our puss away from their wild bird enclosure type thing where they feed the birds. It's not locked so birds (and puss) can come and go as they please.

Any good tips for keeping our cat away?
Anything I can buy for the neighbour?

I really like birds myself and put food out for them every few days as we have lots of lovely wild birds here.

Puss has had a bell with a collar and she still caught rabbits etc but I will buy another one.

Any other suggestions would be very helpful

Visuals are more important than sounds to warn birds that a cat's approaching, so you could try these: www.birdsbesafe.com/ (or make something similar) - they break the cat's camouflage so birds can see them.
