Diet for cat after tumour

I'm hoping somebody knowledgeable can help! My 14 year old little cat had an operation to remove a fibrosarcoma recently. She appears to have recovered well but obviously there is a reasonably high risk of it returning. I think she has also lost weight recently although her appetite and energy is the same as normal.

Can anyone recommend some good brands of cat food for her? I am wondering if there are particular nutritional benefits to certain brands or any manufacturers who cater to this sort of situation for older cats. She eats a mixture of wet food (sachets) and dry food, but prefers the former. I don't mind how expensive it is (within reasonable limits!)

Thank you very much in advance.

My cat was very picky in her last year but would come trotting (not quite up to running) for the little tins of pate type food at the more expensive end of the cat food market. Can't say as to the health benefits, but she was happy and eating.
