What do you think dreamies etc taste like?

Is it like giving them a bag of haribos? My girl wont touch dry food. Ive tried everything. Ive tried every brand. I just think while im at work it would be really handy if she'd have some dry food as i dont think wet food in a timer for 8 hours is ideal.

Treats however..... She goes mad for them. As long as they're in a cardboard box. She eats all kinds hard, soft, hard with soft middles. Have i turned her into a goody face like my nieces? Ive tried to pretend the dry food is a treat but she flatly refuses to chase it. Im exhausted what with the 4am ear plug removals she does. I wouldnt change her for the world but im totally at her beck and call.

3 out of 5 cats love them here.

1 will eat the cheese flavour only, but she eats them with the air of someone doing me a favour.

1 doesn't like any of them

The other 3 act as if I'm dealing crack cocaine and can't get enough of them.

As I have never come across a cat who doesn't like them I reckon they are the equivalent of a Mary Berry cake.....though with shit ingredients.

Mine will happily lick their own arses and each others but would rather have a bath than eat salmon tinned cat food.

Got some treats with added omega 3 for the princesses dry skin. However wiskars temptations were on 3 for two so got them instead of dreemies. I'm told they are almost identical but I suspect they will not be good enough for their Royal Highnesses. Just as the £12 spent on a supplement they wouldn't touch wasn't

I'm not even gonna start in the Glossy coat ones. I've just spent a fortune on a treat puzzle I thought that would entertain her whilst I'm out at work there's about twenty dreamies mixed with dried food still in it since Tuesday. She's not interested in actually having to work for them. My friend has to put hers on a silk pillow case and take them to her cat.

On another note dies my kitten have to eat dry food? She eats tinned food imported from somewhere exotic. My neighbour told me to buy cheap fillets from Tescos but I'm afraid if I go down that route that will be it.

DD says "pretty much like they smell but the texture is a bit odd, sort of rough on your tongue and the taste lingers for ages, the chicken ones are nicer than the cheese but anythings better than the fish ones"

She's such a pleasant child, apparently it's because I showed her Woof (where the boy eats a dog biscuit and turns into a dog) and she wondered if she'd turn into a cat. She's nearly 8.

We call them 'cat sweeties' though reckon its more like 'cat crack' the way our cat goes nuts for them. Only certain brands though, she turns her nose up at some of them. Some of them smell really nice so I've been tempted to taste...

I was about to suggest crack, judging by the reaction of every cat I know. Not about to try them but I tried dog chocolates when I was about six. It was a great disappointment.

I gave my cat some Dreamies. 5mins later he made a horrible noise and threw up the most sick I have ever seen in my life. He never had them again.

I believe that pet food has to be suitable for human consumption so it wouldn't do any harm to try one. All for purely scientific research purposes!

I have just remembered that I once ate a whole packet of cat chocolates that our cat turned his nose up at. They tasted a bit like milky bar buttons but less sweet. No ill effects! Disclaimer : I was about 12 at the time; I didn't do this last week!
