I am doing some market research for my vets. They are paying me well for it. I have to do a diary for five days with photos and videos. But I'm stuck as my kitties don't actually do much. (Apart from lolloping around looking gorgeous.) The diary has se toons for feeding, nice things, stress things etc. They do the same thing each day and won't play. What on earth am I going to write?!

Have you tried making them hunt for their food icat care has loads of good ideas including free ones on this.

Ha ha, no they are just not bright enough. I've tried those treat balls and they just don't get it!

Just put down what they're actually doing. smile If that happens to be lolloping around or, indeed, lying asleep somewhere, it will all be grist to the researchers' mill.

Started it yesterday and it's been lovely to take a good look at their behaviour and all the lovely things they do actually do. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy!

How about their interactions with each other?
Or is there anything they do as a routine every day? (Eg get up, have a stretch and a wander)

Yes. I should document their active avoidance of each other. It's hilarious! And the daily waiting outside bathroom to escort me back to bedroom. She thinks I might get lost!

Do they "tell" you when it's time for bed? I had a cat who would come downstairs at 9.55pm and sit looking at me. Would start fussing when News at 10 started and if I said "it must be time for bed" he would meow and escort me to the stairs. I miss Troy so much.

No but when I go up stairs, Snorgmaiden marches around the bed quacking at me until I sit down and fuss her. They both sleep in the bedroom and the minute they hear me stir they are on the bed. And both come for snuggles in the morning. They are adorable

Ps the grey belly is because a groomer shaved it. I was not a happy bunny!
