I'm getting a little black kitten on Friday!
He's 8 weeks. He hasn't been deflea-ed, wormed etc.
I thought I'd book a vet appt for Monday and get everything done...is that right or shall I get one for Friday night?
Also. Can someone tell me what I need essentially for him?
Thanks :)

Kitten food, cereal free preferably.
Food plates, not plastic because it can set off feline acne on their chins.
Litter tray, non clumping litter in case he eats it.
Water dish.
Fleece to lie on.
Toys. Cat nip mice etc.

I'd book for Friday night, it's mandatory for all cats to fall ill when the vet is shut. That way they can de worm him straightaway and de flea him.

Okay.
Shall I go to a physical shop or shop online?

Either really. I use cheap side plates for dishes, they fit in the dishwasher easily.

Might be cheaper to go to the pound shop for trays as kittens don't need huge trays.

Although wilkos do cheap carriers, ours is wilko and very sturdy.
