He's growing into a whacking great cat grin
Had to go back to the vets as he decided to yank his fur out (helpful). After he spat at the vet blush she gave him a steroid injection which seems to have helped a lot
He's taken to sitting in the garden guarding me from "nasty dawgs" and yelling to small children who are fascinated by him
I've watched him out and about and he is v cautious with roads, looks around before crossing and will come running home the minute I rattle treats for him. I figured he was road safe after surviving 4 years as a stray!
And some photos - clinging onto me as he was scared of the workmen, being super cat and fast asleep with his huge paws

Is he scared of kids? Ours seems to be instinctively frightened of kids.

He looks fab. Clearly coming into his full power grin

What a gorgeous boy. I love black cats.

He loves a fleecy blanket doesn't he?! Lovely boy.

Nope, he has a friend that calls him Lolly. She had him sat on the grass "this is a ball. I can kick the ball. I don't think you can. Do you like my doll?" grin
Ollie sits v patiently with her

He looks as if he's putting some muscle on?

hollinhurst84 Sun 01-May-16 16:23:20

He had put 800g on last time the vet weighed him blushblush
This is probably the best body pic I have, his coat is definitely better, not flaky anymore and really soft and shiny

cozietoesie Sun 01-May-16 16:28:43

Going out likely agrees with him.smile (And getting rid of that flipping tooth won't have harmed him. wink)

hollinhurst84 Sun 01-May-16 16:52:35

He likes to go out for a nightly patrol before bed and also run to the window and move the blinds if he hears a "dawg" so he can spit at it confused
Yes, no snot at all now. I'm amazed how tolerant he has been

cozietoesie Sun 01-May-16 17:21:38

Plus - he's happy.

It makes a difference. smile

Been and got wet. No likey rain hmm

Fluffycloudland77 Sun 01-May-16 20:32:30

His coat is glorious! Perhaps he's had run in with dogs when he was a stray?. It must've been a horrible life for him.

Ours spat at the vet who likes him, the vet is suspect of being a dog person doesn't get spat at.

hollinhurst84 Sun 01-May-16 20:36:30

Possibly - he doesn't much like other cats either grin but he lived with two older female ones
He likes the vet that took the tooth out

Fluffycloudland77 Sun 01-May-16 20:40:11

My dh would say living with two females is enough for any male.

He had put 800g on last time the vet weighed him

Tell the vet he is coming into his full power! angry
