The litter tray

Poor kitten is crying for food and she can't have any

She is being neutered in the morning, have to take her in at 8am so she hasn't been allowed food since 7pm.

I can't sleep because she is really wailing for food and I feel so bloody guilty! Not even my warm bed is tempting her away from where her food bowl usually is Grin . She's going to really hate me in morning when I drop her off at vets...

If it's any consolation, that's nothing compared to what she could be like for days on end if she was unneutered, came into heat and wanted to go outside to party.

Hope you got her off fine and that everything goes OK.

Thankyou she has got there fine. I was mortified because she had a couple of fleas and I didn't even realise, she was only done with frontline 3 weeks ago Shock .

Frontline has stopped working in a number of places, Peppa (flea immunity I guess) so you're better off using one of the alternatives. Has she been wormed recently?

Frontline dosen't always work.

We seem to have very clever fleas around here and have to alternate every 3-4 months.

Girl Cat has a bad case of flea allergy dermatitis, so if she starts getting dry skin around the base of her tail I know we need to change method again.

Anyway hoping your kittens ok, I had both mine done around this time of year too (many many years ago) they both bounced back within the day. Hardest part was keeping them inside.

She was wormed 3 weeks ago, the same time I used the frontline. I think the vets sell stronghold too is that one better? Will buy some when I pick her up.

Hope your kitten recovers well too Juneybug, im wondering if the Christmas tree might get a night off tonight Grin .

I can pick her up at 3 the op has gone well and she's fine Smile .

How was your kitty afterwards? My girl seems to be walking funny and wagging her tail a bit and its been more than 24 hours... Not sure whether I should be worried

Is your vets still open so you could maybe ring for some advice? My girls a bit groggy and had a bit of vomiting but the vet said it's a side effect from the anaesthetic.
