Hi, we have two turkish van cats, so long ish hair but they keep themselves clean, don't tangle etc. Never had a problem before but since the summer, dh seems to be under flea attack! They don't bite me or the DSs, and only bite dh from the shins down. We've anti-flea sprayed the cats and everything we can find in the flat but it's not stopping. Any idea what could stop it? Before he cracks completely??
Is that a brand? Isn't it Frontline, Advantage, Bob Martin, Effipro ... whatever? The point is that some work and some don't ... That's why I'm asking.
Basically if you bought the flea treatment and spray 'of the shelf' then you are wasting your money. Only the treatments that are bought from a vet, or sold to you by a pharmacist or specialist in Pets at Home for example (but then again - not off the shelf) work, and some of those work better than others.
