People in the vicinity have a cat who doesn't seem to be fed. He comes in my house constantly, has stolen lots of food and trashed my kitchen bin to find food.My own cat is virtually a prisoner as I'm scared to leave the cat flap open in case the other one comes in.These people have previously gone abroad and rented out their house to DSS tenants and left another cat behind. The tenants didn't bother with it so other neighbours fed it.This current cat is a sweet little thing. I don't shout at it as it's not its fault that it's always hungry. Would I BU to report them to RSPCA?
