Last week I entered a photo of the posh arrogant boy into the 'That Purple Cat' Facebook page competition. 283 entrants and 10 winners and he is one. If you want a peek he is the colourpoint with head and feet poking out from under the duvet!

They listed the names on it, are you ok with people knowing your real name?

well done posh arrogant boy in general terms i cant understand the anonimity thing on here yes fine if you are asking people to destroy or save your marriage or its a sensitive subject but your cat winning a photo contest on facebook why not , i post enough about me that if somone phoned the rescue i work at on a day i was working and asked to speak to issey they would get me in person lol

Yes well done that cat!

And issey I agree with you, although I suppose it depends on a) what you post about and b)how much you care about people knowing stuff about you.

I'm more in the second camp myself. I'm totally identifiable - with photo, where I work, which area I live in, everything, but I still occasionally contribute to threads other than in the litter tray including how many nationalities I've shagged Blush it was a lot

I suppose I could name change for those but I really can't be arsed.

I suspect anyone who wanted to could work out who I was. Though there are 10 names in alphabetical order, the photos are not in the same order.

I have to say that PAB looks very douce in that picture - not at all as I imagined him.
