Sad they barely come home and havent done for years, we try locking them in but they escape and they just want to be next door, after years of low level fall outs with neighbour we had a discussion last night and I have given her all their food and said I think they have made their choice. I actually feel a little bit relieved that it is finally sorted and I know they are being well looked after and where they want to be. So this is now a cat free house.

Very sad for you dita - but as you said, they made their choice. Maybe some day in the future you'll find the cat that really fits for you.

Could you give a home to an older puss who doesnt want to go out? some shelters pay the vets bills for them after you have adopted them.

I couldnt imagine losing cats like that it must be awful for you.

No wonder I get twitchy when I find the neighbour chatting to our cat.

Gosh I bloody wish ours would go and wreck someone else's house live somewhere else.

I've never had a cat that wanted to be anywhere but here, on my bed, scratching my furniture and bringing in voles and 'dead' pizza just for me.

We even had half a bread roll on the doorstep this morning. WTF.

Dita I am sorry. I hope you don't miss them too much.

I'm sorry dita, that's sad. Maybe they will still come and visit.

Oh dear that is sad, sadly most shelters like you to have a garden to let a cat out into, have you considered a stay indoors cat like mine? They can be expensive but you can get some reasonably priced from people or breeders with ex breeding cats for sale.

If I was still breeding I would give you a kitten... that's no help at all, so sorry.
