Naming a scottie

Hi there everyone!

I'm Georgetta. I love a terrier - always have, even when I used to live in Italy, where I come from. When I move to Britain, was my dream, I will get a terrier to go with my Country Life Magazine and tea time at four o'clock.

Now I have a terrier - a darling little scottie dog! But I want to know - what do you think is the best name for him? I have no experience in this and would probably make a big mess-up of it. I want to know the name you traditionally would look at and think, ah yes, what a perfect name for a scottie dog.

Any ideas? Do share...

Tumshie. Actually the Scots word for a turnip but used often to call kids etc in a very affectionate way 😁 crackin name for a dog.

And of course as mentioned before it has to be wee tumshie 🤣

Woohoo, this has made me very happy. If I had the stamina for a second dog it would be a tumshie too 🤣And Scottie dogs are gorgeous.
