The rescues will be awash with puppies in a month so I'd just wait. It sounds like you won't have much control of the situation if you go and look at this puppy as she's going to push you into taking it. The 'only one left' thing is manipulative.

She’s a reputable breeder of designer doggies and spaniels, recommended by vet,and my friend took in one of her ex breeding bitches who is s lovely dog.

When I rang her before Christmas she said she had one bitch just pregnant but had another litter due to go end of January and 2 of those pups she wasn’t sure the owners were still going to take them.

The fact that she’s got 2 bitches expecting puppies so close together does not make her reputable, and the vet is even worse. Seriously, if you care about animals AT ALL do not buy one of these dogs.

It might be legitimate. The breeder we got our puppy from had someone cancel on a puppy as he had had a serious accident at work (builder).

we'd been round several times previously and was told we couldn't have this particular puppy as it was reserved. And then we were offered two after he cancelled! We politely declined.

Her dog only has one litter a year and I often see her at the park with her, she's a lovely owner. Not all breeders are puppy farmers.

Go and have a look. Is the mother KC registered? Can you see the mother? Can you see the kennel?

She’s a reputable breeder of designer doggies and spaniels... so in between breeding spaniels she gets a litter of poodle crosses, thus bypassing the guidelines of a bitch having too many registered purebred litters. Ka-ching.

KC registered means fuck all. Seriously it’s people suggesting ‘go and have a look at them’ that means hundreds of thousands of animals suffer every single day because people are too stupid and selfish to care about puppy farms.

Op if you’re even considering this you don’t deserve to care for any animals, not even a worm.
