Would this annoy you?

My boy (GSD) objectively is extremely handsome (ofc I would say that). But our dogwalker has verified this as she says walking him is like walking next to an actor - everyone stops to compliment him. Anyway, he is perfect to me (his personality is just as gorgeous).

My parents dogsit him every now and again. They really love him. When my boy was 2 they decided to cut this golden tuft of hair he had inside each of his ears as they worried it made him look unkept/scruffy. I was pretty annoyed at the time. It never grew back.

I've just been looking back at his puppy photos and really miss those tufts. Not a big deal but would you have been annoyed if someone did that to your beloved dog without asking?

My extremely handsome GSD has those golden tufts and I would be devastated if someone cut them out! The groomer suggested trimming some of his fluff a while back but I strongly disagreed!
