Which dog bed?

I'm looking at buying a bed for my puppy in an effort to get him off the sofa (I know it won't work!). He also likes just lying on the floor when he gets too hot on the sofa but generally likes to be 'elevated' so I was wondering about one of the HiK9 beds. Does anyone have one? Or an alternative? I don't want to spend too much but these seemed an ok price (well, if you compare to Orvis!). Puppy doesn't chew that much but the HiK9 look like they could survive it anyway. We also go camping so good as a bed in a tent?

Love love love the HiK9 beds. They last for years, there are a variety of tops you can get to suit your dogs requirements.

The oldies love them ,the puppies love them in this house.

A quick hoover and they are clean, they do not smell. They are hot when the weather is cold and cool in the summer.

Easy to fold up if you do want to travel with them.

They work for us

Thanks Jouska - just the response I was looking for!

I really them - very practical. I had done a search on MN for dog beds so a little bit of research for justifying another dog purchase....

Any views on mesh vs canvas? I'm thinking mesh from the blurb on the website. And I'll probably get him a topper for winter / camping.

I got a very similar bed for my 3 from amazon. They've had it since may and it's still perfect.

I'm sure he thinks that way! He's not allowed upstairs - we'll see how long that lasts. And as much as I'd love him sleeping on the bed at the moment, not so much in the future. Cute 4mth puppy compared to fully grown golden retriever - all the hair, mud, insects etc......nope!!

AFAIK puppies aren't supposed to use stairs until a year (?). Ddogs (4) just like to be where I am tbh. If that's upstairs then they are upstairs!! Ddogs 2+4 like nothing better than just snoozing on the rug while I potter in the bedroom..
And all love watching dc in the bath!! Would be a fun time missed if they were banished to downstairs only.
