Hey all,
Does anyone have experience of this? Pup has been to see the vet many times, finally found small ulcers and a couple of weeks back went to the vet ophthalmologists. Seems as he's a chihuahua cross he has a congential issue where his lids don't quite meet and therefore has a scar right across the centre of his eyes, which is where the ulcers had started appearing.
We are on ointment twice a day, and lubricant 4 times a day, but it's mostly pain relief I'm wanting to ask about as I forgot when there!
He has metacam from our usual vets, and seems much better for it. But was wondering if anyone was given anything different for long term?
Thanks!
