Dogs suddenly not eating out of bowls

My two dogs, have suddenly just both decided that they don't want to eat out of their bowls. I give them their breakfast and they might have a bit or don't eat it at all. One does it more than the other. They will eat it if I tip it on the floor, or hand feed it to them. But I don't want to be doing that twice a day! I have swopped their bowls for different ones but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
I'm not using a different washing liquid and nothing else has changed.
What can I do and why are they doing this?!

Any advice please?

Perhaps their ID tags have been clinking on the bowls and scaring them.

Perhaps something they perceive as scary happened when they were both eating from bowls and now they associate the bowls with scary things?

Mine started this a few years ago. I just put her food on the floor ( dry food) and have done for years now
Saying that she's a bit of an odd dog and has always had strange ways. For your two dogs to have started doing this at the same time I'd imagine something in the bowls has put them off

Might be totally irrelevant but we eventually figured out through trial and error that our dog did not like eating out of a bowl that was in any way reflective. He'll happily drink out of a reflective bowl but food is a no-no.

They've used the same bowls for years! I'm trying different bowls every meal time now!

My dog refuses to eat food (dry)out of a bowl, he now has it out of small cardboard boxes, bisto gravy tubs, kitchen roll tubes with one end taped up and he is so much happier having to almost work for his food. He is a JRT though and they do like to do this apparently!
