Saw a ddog kicked tonight.
By it's owner who apparently rescued it.
Don't need to tell you how horrific this was to witness.
Took photos of when I confronted the man-of him, his partner and the 3 dogs they had. None of the incident though my dh and dc were there too.
I rang non emergency police and gave as much details as I had. Including her first name as he used it.
She was justifying why he had done it.
Still feel upset and sick tbh.
Will be trying to find the rescue it came from tomorrow to report it. Ddog had a name tag on.
What else can I do?
Sorry for upsetting post.

Send a photo of the dog to all local rescues in case they recognise it, and email explaining what happened.

I have, spoken to dog warden but as it was on a lead they aren't interested.

Have eliminated a few rescue places. Apparently if I can find where it was from police can gain name /address and scan ddog for chip.

If you have a good photo of the dog you can do a reverse google image search and you might find it on a rescue website.....

I have no idea how to reverse - the least tech person I know sadly... Any idea?

Dh managed to try reverse.. Nothing. Can I post a pic of the ddog here? Not the animals who own her, getting desperate...
Have emailed vets and rescues. Asked houses about cctv locally. Had lots of replies but nobody recognised any of them.

Are there any local community or dog walking FB pages? ( though that could mean identifying yourself which you may not want to do )

If locals, most dog owners walk in same places regularly so maybe someone will recognise them & have idea where they live. Most places have own dog groups on Facebook.

Someone kicked my dog today when he went for her dog. My dog did no damage but the other owner was justified and I hope it taught my dog a lesson.

Even after the dog left the small dog alone he continued booting it..
He told me to f off and get a life.
His female partner told me they had rescued the dog. Would a rescue suggest kicking it into touch?.
I have an ex working Lurcher.
Totally reformed without raising a foot.
