What kind of dog am I?

Rescued this lovebug after she was abandoned and hit by a car a couple of weeks ago, and have been trying to work out what mix she is!

She's vocal, stretches up in the middle like a cat, runs like a rabbit...

We were thinking maybe some kind of beagle / bull terrier mix... maybe some boxer in there...? She's about 8 months old.
