How much did your labrador weigh at 6 months?

Our lovely lab puppy who, can I just say, is absolutely gorgeous is also very petite as far as I can tell. She weighed 13kg at 5.5 months so just wondering whether you experienced dog owners could guess whether she will stay very small. She’s from working lines so will weigh less but her mum, although not big, was definitely a large dog.

Are you still in touch with the breeder or other littermate owners? If so it would be good to ask them what's normal / how much the littermates now weigh

On the website 'thelabradorsite' I am sure their is a scatter gram showing the weight of labradors at different ages. Our boy is rather large and everyone who sees him predicts that he will be a 'big boy' due to the size of his massive paws! Not sure the reliability of paws as a measure of future size.

avocadosbeforemortgages yes I am, that’s a good shout will send them a message tomorrow thank you
lorisparkle she appears to be at the bottom of the acceptable weights shown on that scatter graph which is a relief (I think). Thank you! Just hoping I’m feeding her the right amount and doing everything right- it’s hard to know how much to give them

In my experience no matter how much you feed them they always act as though they are starving! We subscribe to the food provider 'Tails'. You tell them the age and weight of the dog and then it tells you exactly how much of the food you should give them.

What’s her kennel name? Her lines would give me an idea how she will turn out.

My mostly trial bred girl was 13.3kg at nearly five months.
