New puppy help

Hello, I got my 12 week old Labrador Willow on Saturday. She's very loving and doing well with toilet training, but struggling with a couple of things.
I have a disability and live with my mum. She does the majority of walking at the moment as Willow seems to dislike being on the lead. She will run around fine off the lead, but is really reluctant to walk and my mum has to pick her up sometimes as she just won't budge. With my disability I wouldn't be able to lift her.
She will obey commands like sit and lay, but seems to be lazy and won't follow when you ask her to come.
The other thing is she's teething like crazy and chews everything. We have lots of chew toys and have been telling her no when she nips. Has anyone got any advice/tips?
Thinking of doing some puppy training classes soon to help with the walking on the lead.

She is 12 weeks old, the fact she follows any commands is a plus. She just needs time and patience.

12 weeks old is still very very young.

Commands take time to build up and you need to do little and often but equally don't move on to lots of different ones until you have the basics. Mine just wouldn't get lie down. We gave up and tried again when he was an adult and now he gets it.

Lots of puppies don't like the lead as it's restrictive. How far are you walking your puppy because you shouldn't be walking far on lead at that age. It's more about getting them used to the sounds and smells at first.

Not far. Two 15 minute walks, but if she won't go on the lead we have to drive her to where she can run around. Yeah, she us young and I guess it will take time. Thank you for your reply.

Mine didn't like the lead initially. I found driving to a place where he could be offlead but putting the lead on for a minute before and after got him used to it and started associating it with nice walks.

Limit the lead walks to about 5 minutes a few times a day and take some tasty treats out to tempt her rather than picking her up , fresh cooked chicken or hotdog should tempt a Labrador . If she just refuses to move just keep trying to tempt her along but do not resort to picking her up . She is gorgeous btw .

Thank you for the tips. Realised I was probably expecting too much too soon. I'll shorten the walks and try tempt her with treats
