Not sure but absolutely adorable 🐾

He looks quite young - do they know what his mother was? I know (an accidental!) bichon/Jack Russell cross that looks similar, though the splatted back legs in the second photo do suggest spaniel.

He’s a bit like my Chinese crested powder puff.

Does

Could you DNA him? I got very accurate results from DNA'ing my rescue girl.

He is about 12-14 weeks . Just had his 2nd set of jabs so can’t wait to take him out now . He is my 1st dog and I’m smitten , trying not to spoil him too much !

He looks like some sort of poodle x, maybe cavapoo or similar. Just doesn't quite look cockerpoo but who knows as he grows he may look moreso

hannabanana · 23/11/2018 14:28

His ears just flop inside out , there’s no cocking !!
I’m loving Chico’s pose.

Were looking for another rescue at the moment as a friend for our Labrador boyo. Today, I saw a cockerpoo, a cavapoo and a Lhasa Apso/Maltese x breed. Your gorgeous bundle most closely resembles the cockerpoo in coat but the LAM in colouring, so,a bit of everything? Grin

She was about 10 weeks in that picture. She's now 17 weeks but looks pretty much the same but a bit bigger.
.....and yes, she is def a teddy bear Smile

Oddsock, how did you go about Dna'ing your girl?

Report
Oddsocksandmeatballs · 25/11/2018 17:01

@WheelyCoteClaus

Wisdom Panel. My girl is a collie cross, her test came back as Border Collie/Rough Collie/GSD cross which is exactly what her sister's came back as 8 months prior to our test. There was no way of linking the dogs as we don't live in the same area and sent no details that could be used to link our tests.

As PPs have said I would say either cavachon or cavapoo, possibly too small to be cockapoo
