Turns out DDog is allergic to chicken... She had a skin flare up, and has been left (after treatment) with some dried pus on her face. We have cut the hair as close as we can - any tips for getting rid of a crusty lump of dried on pus and gunk? I'd like to cause as little distress as possible - she's not a fan of having her face washed so I'd rather only do it once if possible!
