Kennel cough come back?

My dog has recently had kennel cough and ended up on antibiotics because her glands had swollen up. She's been fine for about 10 days but now has started making snoring noises while awake and is reluctant to move because it makes it worse. Appetite is fine though!

I will be taking her to the vet today, but wondered if anyone had experienced similar. She is an elderly dog now, about 13, and all her vaccinations and tablets are up to date.

So worried that this is the beginning of the end for her...
