Hi! We are picking up our lovely cavalier in just under two weeks. She's currently on royal cannin (sp?) but I'd like to wean her onto a grain free and higher meat content food. Raw isn't an option for us unfortnatley.

I've noticed applaws for dogs seems to have a 75% meat content but I can't find much about it online?

Also, what insurance would you recommend? I normally go with petplan but wondered if there was any alternatives that were slightly more affordable but still give good life policys?

Thank you for any advice! Smile

allaboutdogfood.co.uk is good to compare food brands.

I have only had petplan so can't advise on others but they have paid out quickly for me each time and we have claimed lots for my 17 month old dog.
